Humanity is undergoing a huge transition. No doubt you have felt it, attuning to the world-wide web of connectivity, tapping into the vast field of infinite potential that surrounds each of us and the earth upon which we live. At times the “field” is a background whisper barely discerned. At other times it is an overwhelming rumble that cannot be denied.
Looking around the globe, it’s hard to not be heartbroken at the pictures of suffering around a world on fire. Conflict fuelled by tribalism and old wounds is raging from the highlands of Ethiopia to the Holy Lands of the Middle East and from the river deltas of Myanmar to the rainforests of South America. We are tearing ourselves apart and destroying Mother Nature’s gifts of bounty in the process.
But what lies at the heart of this dysfunction and breakdown? What lies at the heart of this tragedy unfolding in real-time before our very eyes?
Hidden within the disintegration is an opportunity for a ground-breaking shift of collective consciousness, the long prophesied paradigm shift of the ages is well and truly underway. It is an existential moment, for the potential for expansion is great. But the potential for collapse and a complete destruction of life as we know also coexists in these uncertain times.
It is up to each of us. Which pathway will we choose? Co-creating the New Earth has never been more vital if we are to not just survive but thrive in the 21st century and evolve to the next level of what it means to be a human being.
Rabbi Soetendorp in a recent video shared, “Humanity is one body. When one part of the body aches, the rest of the body feels it. If it doesn’t’ feel it, it is the beginning of death.”
This is the pain that we are currently facing, the myth of separation; we have forgotten our fundamental interconnectedness as human beings. But a new planetary consciousness is also awakening across the earth. An understanding that we are each imaginal cells in the awakening body of humanity and that by working collaboratively and together we can and will find solutions to the complex challenges we are facing.
This is why we are so thrilled to be convening World UNITY Week 2021. Following the groundbreaking success of WUW 2020, hundreds of civil society organizations are again coming together to unite alongside thousands of individuals as we cocreate a shared field of togetherness. Fertile soil for what is seeking to arise through our hopes, dreams and wishes for a brighter future.
The truth is that hidden among the breakdown is the greatest adventure on earth, a grand journey of infinite discovery as we weave an epic tale of love and goodness triumphing over fear and darkness. It is the ultimate opera of becoming, a divine symphony of love awakening through the hearts and minds of every man, woman and child.
It was inevitable we would reach this place. The whispered promise of the new world is seeing souls gather from all corners of the globe. This is our invitation to you. To come enter the spirit of the dance of the cosmos itself, the earth spinning around herself in an endless twirl of gravity and love towards the sun. A boundless light is awakening, igniting love’s glowing flame.
World UNITY Week is an opportunity for global change-makers to celebrate the emerging good happening in the world in a time of darkness. At the cutting edge of evolutionary change, it is an open invitation to all solution-seekers to come together and take action on the many challenges we currently face.

There are many groups and organisations around the globe working for the good of the whole, but what makes World UNITY Week unique is that we are a network of alliances, organisations and groups that are self-organizing to mobilize grassroots change. This is just the beginning of a 10-year vision as we create constellations within hundreds of co-convening organizations where “unity” is the process as well as the objective. World UNITY Week is a blueprint for a living embodiment of greater unity on Earth.
Last year, we answered the clarion call to come together. This year, the time has come for us all to take inspired action and DO SOMETHING together. Everybody can participate. Everyone has a voice. Whether you are a luminary well versed in speaking on global stages or a single human being with a message of love, peace, justice, hope or unity to share. Everybody is welcome. Everyone is invited.
